Family with children getaway

The hotel had a beautiful and spacious room! I loved the corner suite. separate bedroom for privacy was a game changer, especially with the blackout blinds for better sleep! The Kabana restaurant on the 20th floor made dinner so easy, and the food? ? TERRIFIC! ! We also got to enjoy a nice breakfast that wasn’t just basic.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it felt acceptable for what we got.

Request extra linens in advance for the pull-out sofa. it saves time and hassle during your stay.

Spacious suite and exceptional service

I was really impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of the suite, which featured a full kitchen and a huge bath. The breakfast options were plentiful, with delicious offerings available daily. The staff made my stay even better, being helpful and attentive, particularly the shuttle bus driver who created a welcoming atmosphere. My only downside was a brief delay with the elevator during peak times.

However, the parking situation was quite inconvenient. finding a space was tough, and the spots were tight. The elevators caused frustration too. We experienced long wait times, which really disrupted our plans. While our room was clean and enjoyable, the overall experience was hampered by these logistical issues.

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff and the well-decorated lobby, which added a nice touch to the stay. My only real issue was the longer wait for the elevator during busy hours.
